Dr. Sawang Pracharktam, Chairman and Managing Director of Thai Optical Group Public Company Limited, announced the intention to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in the 3 rd Quarter of 2005 and appointed ACAP Advisory Public Company Limited, as its financial advisor at Four Seasons Hotel, Bangkok. The capital raised from the initial public offering (IPO) will be used to improve and strengthen its operations and expand output capacity of its premium products, currently in high demand on the global market. The 6.8 million ordinary shares of IPO have par value at 10 Baht each.
